Vineyard Estates is a community located near Ironwood and Ocotillo Roads and features semi-custom homes built by Elite Homes from 2004 to 2006. The development is small, with only 161 homes but many offer three and four car garages, an attractive feature for potential home buyers. The lot sizes average round 7200 square feet and 93 of the homes are single-level, with the remaining 68 homes two story. Another huge draw to Vineyard Estates is its easy access to the US 60, which makes it easy to commute back and forth to work. The small size of the development lends a nice, small-town feel to the neighborhood and residents will enjoy beautiful green spaces with spacious lot sizes. Homes in this neighborhood start around the mid 100K’s and continue upwards to the low 200K’s. Square footage of homes in Vineyard Estates ranges from around 1789 square feet to around 3280 square feet.

Residents of Vineyard Estates who enjoy the outdoors will be close to a number of parks, including Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre, Desert Mountain Park, and San Tan Mountain Regional Park, which includes over 10,000 acres of natural resources and walking trails. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, home to Allegiant Airlines, is only a 20 minute drive away and flies to more than 15 destinations throughout the United States. Sports enthusiasts will be glad to know that the Barney Family Sports Complex, an indoor sports complex featuring soccer, basketball, hockey and more, is only a few minutes away on Queen Creek Road. If you’re more into the arts, Queen Creek Library and Queen Creek Performing Arts Center are also close by. A variety of retail shops and restaurants are located close by in Queen Creek Marketplace with plans to expand and include more stores including Sprouts, Mountainside Fitness, Cafe Rio, Mod Pizza, and more. San Tan Flat, an indoor/outdoor bar and grill, is located only eight miles away and features live music, cookouts with individual fire pits, dancing, and more.
