San Tan Heights is a large master-planned community located at Hunt Highway and Gary Road. The neighborhood has a total of 3800 homes built by a variety of different builders including Beazer, Shea, KB Homes, Meritage, Lennar, and more. New builds in this development are currently available, as are resale homes. The homes in San Tan Heights begin around 1100 square feet and continue to over 3500 square feet. The neighborhood boasts a large number of amenities including 6 miles of walking paths, parks, green belt areas, mountain views, covered ramadas, sport courts, and more. San Tan Heights is also only a short drive away from both Florence and Queen Creek so residents are able to enjoy the numerous amenities these towns have to offer as well.

Although San Tan Heights is located in San Tan Valley, it is so close to the town of Queen Creek that some of its homes have Queen Creek addresses. As such, the development gets to enjoy the many amenities that Queen Creek has to offer. Desert Mountain Park, Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre and San Tan Mountain Regional Park are all only a short drive away. Schnepf Farms, a local farm offering breakfast and fresh produce, is less than ten minutes away and often offers u-pick opportunities when certain fruits are in season. Queen Creek Olive Mill, once featured on Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, is only a ten minute drive away and offers visitors a tour of the olive mill, a marketplace to purchase their olive oil and other goods, an on-site eatery, and more. As the area continues to build up, many new restaurants have opened in the area including Oregano’s, Village Inn, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, and many more planned for the future. Sports enthusiasts will be glad to know that the Barney Family Sports Complex, an indoor sports complex featuring soccer, basketball, hockey and more, is only fifteen minutes away from San Tan Heights.
