Quail Creek is located on Sossaman Road, just south of Queen Creek Road and is one of the newer communities in Queen Creek. This gated neighborhood features only single-level homes built by K. Hovnanian Homes. If you are looking for a serene, sheltered development, Quail Creek is the perfect place to purchase a home as it only has 47 lots in the community. Residents will enjoy large lots over 13,000 square feet in size, a beautifully landscaped entrance, cul-de-sac homes, and homes that border Queen Creek Wash for a more secluded feel. Schnepf Farms, a local farm offering breakfast and fresh produce, is a little over ten minutes away and often offers u-pick opportunities when certain fruits are in season. Queen Creek Olive Mill, once featured on Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, is only a ten minute drive away and offers visitors a tour of the olive mill, a marketplace to purchase their olive oil and other goods, an on-site eatery, and more.
