The development of Sentiero is located on Ocotillo near Schnepf Farms. The first 25 lots in this development were built by KB Homes and the remaining 268 lots are being built by Ryland Homes. Residents looking for a new home have a choice between new construction or resale homes; the resale homes by KB Homes range in size from 1700 square feet to over 4000 square feet. The new construction homes begin around 1735 square feet and go up 2500 square feet and Ryland is offering three single-level floor plans and one two-story plan. Although Sentiero is located in a highly-desirable area of Queen Creek, the homes in this development are very reasonable with prices starting around the low 200K’s and going up to the high 300K’s.
