Remington Heights, located at Hawes and Queen Creek Roads, started construction in the early 2000’s and includes homes by Pulte and KB Homes. Most recently, Lennar Homes has started construction within the development offering 5 different floor plans, including their increasingly popular Next Gen homes. These homes are considered ‘homes within a home’ – perfect for visitors who would like their own space or older residents who want a private entrance. Residents of Remington Heights will also enjoy playgrounds, open green areas, and beautifully manicured common areas.
