This development is actually comprised of two communities – Rancho Bella Vista and Rancho Bella Vista South. The former is located at Hunt Highway and Bella Vista Road and first broke ground in 2003. The original builder was Hancock Builders and was completed over the years by Meritage Homes, with the last home finished in 2009. Lot sizes in this development are around 7100 square feet and the average home size in Rancho Bella Vista is around 2100 square feet. Both Rancho Bella Vista and Rancho Bella Vista south are surrounded by farmland and beautiful mountain views thanks to their great location. Rancho Bella Vista South is on Gantzel Boulevard and Bella Vista Road. This development was built between 2005 and 2009 by both Ryland Homes and Richmond American Homes. Homes in Rancho Bella Vista South range in square footage from about 1860 square feet and up to 2867 square feet. Rancho Bella Vista has a total of 936 homes while Rancho Bella Vista is a little smaller, with a total of 591 homes.
