Morning Sun Farms is a relatively new community in San Tan Valley, located at Empire Boulevard and Gary Road. Queen Creek Marketplace is only ten minutes away from the community and offers a variety of restaurants and retail stores with plans to expand and include more stores including Sprouts, Mountainside Fitness, Cafe Rio, Mod Pizza, and more. Other local dining options include Queen Creek Olive Mill, which was once featured on Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, and offers visitors a tour of the olive mill, a marketplace to purchase their olive oil and other goods, an on-site eatery, and more.
